Shipping policy
Skinique delivers orders within Latvia.
Order processing. Skinique normally processes an order within 1–2 business days before handing it to the carrier.
Omniva parcel lockers. Delivery costs EUR 3 and is free for orders of at least EUR 70. After the parcel is handed to Omniva, delivery to a parcel locker within Latvia usually takes 1–2 business days according to Omniva’s published delivery timeframes. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery deadline.
Omniva courier delivery. Delivery costs EUR 8 and is free for orders of at least EUR 150. After handoff, Omniva courier delivery is normally completed within 3 days; Sundays and public holidays are excluded from Omniva’s published timeframe. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery deadline.
Free-delivery thresholds are calculated after discounts and before taxes are added. The available delivery method and charge are shown at checkout before payment.
The customer is responsible for providing correct contact details and the correct parcel locker or delivery address. If redelivery is required because the information was incorrect or the parcel was not collected, the customer bears the documented redelivery cost, except where Skinique or the carrier caused the failure.
